1. Services Coastline STR Consulting provides consulting and advisory services related to short-term rental licensing, bylaw compliance, property inspections, and related matters in the City of Vancouver and surrounding areas. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice.

2. No Guarantee of Approval While Coastline STR Consulting will make every effort to prepare the strongest possible application on your behalf, we do not guarantee that a short-term rental business licence will be approved. Approval is solely at the discretion of the City of Vancouver and is subject to eligibility requirements, zoning regulations, and city policies that are beyond our control.

3. No Legal Advice Coastline STR Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information and guidance provided is based on professional experience in bylaw enforcement and should not be construed as legal counsel. For legal matters, you are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.

4. Limitation of Liability Coastline STR Consulting shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, fines, penalties, or enforcement actions resulting from the use of our services, reliance on our advice, or decisions made by the City of Vancouver or any other regulatory authority. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Coastline STR Consulting cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality All information shared with Coastline STR Consulting will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. All fees are in Canadian dollars. Services are non-refundable once rendered.

8. Enforcement Representation For Option 3 — Full Representation services, representation will continue until the matter is resolved or the client chooses to end the engagement in writing. Coastline STR Consulting reserves the right to withdraw from representation if the client provides false information or acts in bad faith.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to Terms Coastline STR Consulting reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
