Includes a 45-minute consultation plus an on-site pre-inspection of your property.

Full Representation
Includes everything in Options 1 and 2, plus a full review of your business licence application and advertisements, advice on any enforcement matters up to acting as your agent in litigation, and an overall assessment with a professional determination on the likelihood of your application being approved or denied.
Please note: while I provide expert guidance throughout the licensing process, approval of a short-term rental business licence is ultimately at the discretion of the City of Vancouver. What I can guarantee is that your application will be as strong, accurate, and well-prepared as possible — giving you the best possible chance of approval.
